Our facility is modern, attractive (even a little edgy and artsy!), comfortable, and roomy.

The space is ideal for focus groups, ideation sessions, usability tests, biometrics, IDIs, or small group testing. Our generous 26.5’ x 21.5’ session room can be configured to best suit your project’s needs. 

We will work with you to set up the space exactly the way you want it, or we can use one of our suggested layouts based on your type of project.

Our viewing room comfortably seats 12 and the separate client lounge is fully equipped and stocked. 

There is also a comfortable participant lounge.

Our New Rochelle location is in the heart of the New York City metro area and its richly diverse population. • Stationary HD digital recording; we provide digital video recordings for each of our clients as a standard deliverable. Files can be delivered in MP4, WAV, AVI or MOV format, and will be delivered via a download link. Hard copies on USB can be provided upon request.

• Operated video: At your request, we can provide videographers. Contact your project manager for options and costs.

• Live Video Streaming: We offer live video streaming through an in-house service, as well as through FocusVision. Contact your project manager for options and costs.

• Transcription services: Insight Loft can provide you with transcripts of your qualitative research. Contact your project manager for time frames and costs.

• Translation services: Simultaneous translation services are available upon request. Contact your project manager for options and costs.

• Usability Lab: When it comes to usability, nothing beats watching someone actually interact with your product. Our usability lab is used to test websites, mobile apps and devices, and paper prototypes.

• Eye tracking and biometrics: Enhance your behavioral research by capturing participants’ conscious and unconscious reactions to products and stimuli. Contact your project manager for more information.

 The respondents are  comfortable, you should be too! We go above and beyond to make sure that our clients not only get great insights, but feel great while getting them.

• High-speed wireless internet; free Wi-Fi is provided in the client lounge and viewing room.

• Unlimited coffee and tea; we provide Starbucks coffee and have a wide assortment of tea.

• Print and copy services: Basic printing, copying, and scanning are available. We can also provide more complex services for an additional fee. Contact your project manager for pricing.

• Food and catering: We offer a selection of take out menus if you prefer to order a la carte, or can arrange for catering in advance for your group.
