THE SPACE
For focus groups, ideation sessions, usability tests, biometrics, IDIs, or small group testing, our generous 26.5’ x 21.5’ respondent room can be configured to best suit your project’s needs. We will work with you to set up the space exactly the way you want it, or we can use one of our suggested layouts based on your type of project.
Both clients and respondents will be comfortable: Our viewing room comfortably seats 12 and the separate client lounge is fully stocked.

Stationary HD digital recording
We provide digital video recordings for each of our clients as a standard deliverable. Files can be delivered in MP4, WAV, AVI or MOV format, and will be delivered via a download link. Hard copies on USB or DVD can be provided upon request.
Operated video
At your request, we can provide videographers. Contact your project manager for options and costs.
Live Video Streaming
We offer live video streaming through an in-house service, as well as through FocusVision. Contact your project manager for options and costs.
Transcription services
The Insight Loft can provide you with transcripts of your qualitative research. Contact your project manager for time frames and costs.
Translation services
Simultaneous translation services are available upon request. Contact your project manager for options and costs.
Usability labs
When it comes to usability, nothing beats watching someone actually interact with your product. Our usability labs provide a hands-on testing experience for websites, mobile apps and devices, and paper prototypes. Contact your project manager for more information.
Eye tracking and biometrics
Enhance your behavioral research by capturing participants’ conscious and unconscious reactions to products and stimuli. Contact your project manager for more information.
